Angels of the Opera
Concurso San Miguel, OSM’s national contest for young Mexican opera singers, is the only independent contest in Mexico entirely funded through private contributions from individuals and local businesses. The Angels of the Opera are the driving force behind the success of Opera San Miguel and our Concurso. The remarkable generosity of this group of major donors is making possible the dreams of the gifted young singers we discover. Through the gifts of our donors, OSM is able to provide practical assistance to these worthy artists through educational and professional grants, scholarships, facilitating performance opportunities, and ongoing professional mentoring. The Angels’ vision and generosity are helping launch the careers of the next generation of opera stars and in the process making our community one of the cultural cornerstones of the nation.

The Fan Club
Can’t become an Angel, but still want to support Opera de San Miguel?
Of course, not everyone is able to support us at the Angel level. That’s why we created The Fan Club.
For a donation of $500 or more, you can become a member of The Fan Club: a group of fans that support the invaluable work of discovering and supporting the most talented and promising young opera singers of Mexico.
Your gift entitles you to priority seating for two people in any of our concerts. Plus, your name will appear in the list of donors in the Concurso program. Be sure to mention that you are a Fan when you make your ticket purchases!
Friends of Opera de San Miguel
For a minimum donation of $100, you can become a Friend of Opera de San Miguel. Your name will appear in the list of donors in the Concurso program.
